I do not want you keeping a point unless YOU are happy with it! At the same time I need to close the sale as soon as possible so I can invest the money in more artifacts for this page!
2. If you do not like a point return it immediately to get a refund. You can return an artifact for any reason including if you just "do not like it", Just call me when you receive it and let me know you are returning it. I have no problem refunding money (if it is not altered or damaged or lost in the mail) just mail it back to me in 3 business days so I will have the chance to resell it. You pay the postage to return the piece if it returned for this reason. (Sorry, no refunds for shipping, bank fees or authentication fees.)
3. If you feel the need for authentication papers, you have 30 days to get the artifact papered from a nationally known authenticator killing the point to get a full refund. If you plan on sending it off to be "papered, please do so immediately. I will return money on any point (that is not altered or damaged or lost in the mail) that any nationally recognized authenticator kills for any reason. BUT, you should send it off the next business day after you receive it from me. I will give you a refund up to 30 days from the day I mailed it to you . After that you OWN the artifact and agree to release the Artifacts of Texas from further liability. Please "message" and let me know that you are returning an artifact. Refunds will be given for "any reason" a national authenticator does not like one of my artifacts if returned during that 30 day period. After that I will not give refunds. The money will be spent on other artifact acquisitions after that. INSURE THE RETURN, I'm not responsible for damage or loss in the return shipment.
4. Methods of payment accepted: PayPal, use [email protected] for payment, add the 3% they charge to the total OR if you use the Friends and Family Option its Free!( Paypal will not charge the 3% fee). Don't like the price??? You can make an offer, you never know I might just say yes! Also, On large orders U will consider a discount. Hopefully, we will never have to use these rules of refund but there are many opinions about artifacts.
