210 COMMUNITY ASKING FOR YOUR HELP SO
THIS DOESNT HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE.
On December 28th around 6 p.m., a man and a woman came to Countdown Fireworks at 10738 Braun Road and ran a Tap Pay scam using their phone, doing six different transactions with six different cards, with a total loss of upwards of $7,500.
Countdown Fireworks is only in its second season of being open, and a loss like this is really devastating to us and what we are able to do for the community. Countdown Fireworks has been involved in giving back to the community, such as this past Christmas with donations, and some of y’all might be aware of the turkey donations we were a part of with San Antonio Lifestyle 2 and the rest of the squad on TikTok, handing out turkeys for needy families this past thanksgiving.
Something like this really hurts us as a small business that is trying to give back to the community.
In this post is her picture, which you can only see half her face, and you can see a tattoo on her left arm. If anybody recognizes her, the car, or anything you know, please, if you can help us out, contact me or SAPD, as a police report has already been filed.
There is a total of six charges. Only three of them have been charged back so far, but we’re pretty sure that all six of them will end up coming back within the next few weeks.
