He is full of SCARE TACTICS. These are all federally-legal items. They will not change your mental state for the rest of your life if you take one.

This is scare tactics at its finest. Re**er Madness all over again. He wants to take us to Prohibition times.

He is invested in TCUP and what he wants is to make it illegal for Texans to buy...UNLESS...they sign up for Texas Compassionate Use Program.

So basically he is saying he doesn't want you to buy them, with the exception of THREE places of which he holds monitary investment in. It is a monopoly trick. Why is it so dangerous to buy, except for where he wants you to buy?
