At just 30 years old, Amber Terrazas brings a powerhouse combination of experience, precision, and leadership to the automotive industry—and she’s a key force behind the success of Gil’s Auto Works LLC.

Amber’s journey started early at O’Reilly Auto Parts, where she built a strong foundation as a parts representative, mastering product knowledge and customer service. She then elevated her expertise at Caliber Collision, where she sharpened her skills in parts management and front office administration—gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of collision repair.

Today, as the Office Manager at Gil's Auto Works LLC , Amber runs the operation with confidence and efficiency.

Her daily role includes:
✔️ Writing detailed and accurate collision repair estimates
✔️ Ordering and sourcing parts with precision
✔️ Communicating directly with insurance companies
✔️ Managing all front office operations
✔️ Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships (parts, paint, and distribution)

Amber is the backbone of the shop’s workflow—ensuring every vehicle, every estimate, and every customer experience is handled with professionalism and care.
