I’ve been a bit quiet here. Let’s just say life has been a bit busier, introspective, and full of emotions/laughter/friendship/family. Working full time as a dental hygienist, trying to soak in all the knowledge of Ayurvedic Medicine (follow my Ayurvedic page that will be transforming in the future .holistichealth ) and life has kept this side of things a bit quiet.
