I love these suppliments! I use to be very over weight do to a very low self esteme and no will power or energy. It was my last try at another weightloss thing. My new years resolution started well the first! I joined the trutransformation and I purchased a new fit bit. Not top of the line but it works. I found out alot about myself! It shows your sleep patterns and its pretty sad..I get maybe and 30 mins deep sleep to 23 mins a night! I don't know how to remedy this. I thought I got pretty good sleep but I wake up tired. Most of it is light sleep and wake ups I don't remember, however I use to sleep walk when I was young. I think i need to do more during the day! And practice self developement!
