Tip when booking your party rentals:
Know your guest count.
Before requesting tables and chairs, have a reasonably accurate guest count. It helps the rental company recommend the right quantities and table sizes.

Also, rent up in quantities. We understand that your guest count can change as you start approaching your event date, however, it's always easier to take off inventory than it is to add on inventory because it may not be available as we get closer to your date.

always ask your rental company what their policy is in regards to adding or subtracting inventory closer to the date.
