There are aquatic, semi-aquatic, and tropical terrestrial plants that will thrive in the 80-98% humidity and 77 degrees temperature!! 🥰

Brief plant tour.
Now that all intended plants are placed, I present the beginning of this new jungle paludarium environment. In several months there will be tons more mosses and such but the moss culture has only just been planted. By then all other plants will have grown significantly.
There are aquatic, semi-aquatic, and tropical terrestrial plants adorning this 75 gallon environment.

Another creation done by Deep Creek Tropicals. A 125 gallon tank which ended up being a goldfish tank for ryukin goldfish in which I planted Amazon swords, anubias, and some lilies. It was glorious. I kept it in my office but having an office tank can be a pretty large commitment...

Sometime in the beginning of March 2026 I began a project that I truly didn't really grasp how long or how much detail and work would go into it. I had a vision in mind, bought some wood and a glass box, and got to work realizing that vision. My best friends Momo and Athena have been my little helpers the whole time. Now, we are excited to share that this 75 gallon glass box has turned into the foundation of what will be a large jungle paludarium. With lots more work to do I will finally be able to get the plants in and start growing things. Stay tuned for more!!! 🤓

Honestly this is one of the coolest projects I've worked on so far.. I've done some really neat tanks but this one has been so much detail, love, blood, sweat and tears that it couldn't be any other tank that is my favorite. Funny thing is there is soooo much left to do!! Stay tuned for a full tank tour!!
