Shop My Porch - Complaints Hopes that with enough recognition the bullying and poor behavior will not be accepted or tolerated and changes will be made.

Please let us know your complaints. You can't have a business that supports small businesses yet bash them when you feel like it.

I just got booted from the Facebook group because I wouldn't join the app. Someone please create a new group, this has become a joke.

I'm a native San Diegan and I saw Phyllis slander a friends business with untrue remarks. She continued to egg on the commenters. I felt so bad for my friend and her business because I know it to be a proper and good business, but Phyllis was so mean.

She's a mean witch who has let it get to her head. Too much "influence" and "power" has gotten to her head.

I wouldn't convert to the app - even after multiple attempts of trying, but bugs were too much. I was shut out without explanation.

I was having quite the success on SMP prior to the app. Business was good. We have an honorable business when it comes to payments and providing satisfactory product. Phyllis seemed to get upset that we wouldn't work through the app (so that she could collect money) and banned us from both the group.

Shop My Porch owner, Phyllis Hong Cheung promotes supporting small business yet publicly shames and scrutinizes you if you say one thing out of place or not to her liking.
