One of the most impressive parts of this event wasn’t just the design—it was the transformation.
With less than two hours between events, our team completely reimagined the space from a bright, garden-inspired lunch into a moody, elevated cocktail experience.
One of the biggest feats of the flip was transforming the bar experience. Our team flipped a custom 16-foot circular bar while simultaneously installing a second custom-fabricated lattice bar complete with a subfloor and custom vinyl panels—all within the tight turnover window.
Beyond the bars, every linen and cocktail table was flipped, all dining tables and chairs were swapped, buffet stations were replaced, and the entire event footprint was reworked to create a completely different atmosphere for the evening.
While we wanted to maintain continuity with the green tone and natural elements introduced earlier in the day, we shifted the palette into rich rust and olive tones to create a more formal, layered, and moody environment. The cabanas were fully transformed with new furniture arrangements and custom rust velvet draping, while custom velvet chair covers, bespoke linens, and thoughtfully selected furnishings added warmth and texture throughout the space.
What guests experienced as a seamless transition was the result of extensive planning, custom fabrication, and a highly coordinated production team working against the clock.
From lunch to cocktail hour, the space underwent a complete transformation. It is proof that with the right vision and ex*****on, one venue can tell two entirely different stories in a single day.
