July 3rd, 2019. My first makeup class. My first Party with Ari. So long ago a yet I’m still baffled that I got to pick. I got to pick how I spend my time. I got to pick my vocation. I got to pick my job. Or rather, I guess it picked me. It brings me to actual tears to reflect on the life I’ve created. The life Kevin and I have created. I think it’s so fitting this video is from his perspective. He was rooting for me before I even knew I could do this. What a privilege it is that behind closed doors, in real life, away from social media I have a life that is so incredibly fruitful. I love and work in my talents and am immersed is beauty daily. I have a loving, supportive, ambitious partner. I have goals met behind me and I have even more ahead of me. I have friends who cheer with me and I with them. Happy birthday to my calling in life.
