NFL & W**D?! Yep! UC San Diego has been chosen by the NFL to receive a 500k grant to research the effects of cannabis on pain management in professional football players. UCSD's Center for Medicinal Cannabis Research will study the effects of cannabinoids on pain and recovery from sports-related injuries in elite athletes. Currently, cannabis is a banned substance in the NFL---which is why the study will be conducted on professional rugby players. The university beat out over 100 other applicants for this groundbreaking opportunity, and is joined by researchers at the University of Regina in Canada. Their study will focus on naturally produced cannabis for pain management and CTE. Each study will be completed over a 3-year period.

What defines streetwear? Is it a style? Is it a trend? Is it a certain type of clothing, or worn by a certain type of person?
CAN it be defined?? The dictionary definition is usually something like "fashionable, casual clothes"; but to us streetwear is a visual expression of one's essence and thoughts, depicted through carefully curated looks. ELEVATED streetwear is adding a dash of the unexpected in surprising places; fearlessly depicting one's true colors to the world and delighting it in the process.
