Wrap up 2026 with a deeper examination of how we navigate conflict, confront the world around us, and decide what truly matters.

Ready to see our final book club lineup of 2026? 📚✨
Scroll to meet the books guiding our conversation in the final quarter.

🔸 In October, we rethink our relationship with conflict through Priya Parker’s "The Art of Fighting", examining why disagreement isn’t necessarily a sign that something is broken, and how learning to fight better can actually strengthen our relationships, workplaces, and communities.

🔸 In November, Malcolm Gladwell’s "The American Way of Killing" turns us toward one of America’s most urgent and difficult realities, examining gun violence, the forces that have made it a uniquely American crisis, and why we continue to struggle to solve it.

🔸 By December, we bring the conversation inward with Jimmy Chin’s "Rules to Live By", learning from ten extraordinary lives as we reflect on how we choose to live, endure, define success, and ultimately decide what really matters.

Our book club, You Should Read Monthly, is open to anyone curious enough to grow. Join us for a single month, or subscribe and have each pick delivered to your door ($32.99 + shipping). You can even gift 1-to-6 months to someone you love (highly recommend).

Three books. Three very different conversations. One final quarter of thinking a little deeper about ourselves and the world we share. 🤍

Our most controversial book club pick of the year, and the book everyone is talking about...

This August, we're plunging into the polarizing themes of Yesteryear by Caro Claire Burke.

One of the most talked-about novels of the summer, Yesteryear feels strikingly relevant to current conversations around gender roles, identity, tradition, social media, fame, faith, mental health, and the grand performance of womanhood.

The novel imagines what happens when a modern "tradwife" influencer suddenly wakes up in the brutal reality of 1855 America, forcing her to question whether she's trapped in an elaborate hoax, a twisted reality show... or something far more sinister.

Darkly funny, thought-provoking, and impossible to put down, Yesteryear is not actually a time-travel story. It's a sharp social satire and gripping speculative thriller that examines the many tensions, contradictions, and cultural divides shaping our modern life. Tradition and progress. Empowerment and expectation. Authenticity and performance. Nostalgia and reality.

Whether you agree with its perspective or not, this is exactly the kind of book that sparks spirited discussion long after the final page.
