OCT Jigs are made by One Cool Tuna and sold at tackle stores in So. Calif. or on Line. These are 100% CNC Machined Surface Irons made in the USA.

OCTJigs(OneCoolTuna)was created 1 year ago as a project to see if we could make a surface iron by CNC Machining it from our favorite jigs. We started playing with the idea and came up with a few jigs that worked. But we decided to take it to the next level and see if we could make one that would swim the same every time. So for the last year we have fine tuned the jig and perfected the production

and come up with what we feel is the ONLY 100% CNC Machined Jigs. OCT Jigs are 100% Zero Difference Surface Iron Jig. Each one swims exactly the same as the first one. No more searching the "Wall of Jigs" to find that perfect swimmer and hope that it really does swim...

Open Bay Bass Tournament
📣🚨ATTENTION🚨📣

There is still spots open to fish the OBB Tournament.

San Diego Anglers announced that there will be a scaled down version of the Open Bay Bass (OBB) tournament on October 14th.

The OBB tournament will launch at the Shelter Island launch ramp and there will be a private BBQ for the fishing teams afterwards at the Outboard Boating Club (OBC) located also at the launch ramp.

At this time no raffle is planned, and no alcohol will be served. This is a scaled down OBB and because of the size of the OBC area the BBQ is for the teams only and tournament organizers are discouraging the general public from attending.

This tournament is limited to 50 boats with a maximum of two people per team. The cost is $200 per boat. Teams can pay an optional $25 for jackpot and $5 (cash at launch) for the halibut derby if the team should choose to enter them. $25 Jackpot for heaviest 3 fish bag

Prizes based on the heaviest three fish (any species) sack per team. Species – spotted bay bass, sand bass, calico bass.

We will pay down 10 places.
1 – $1,500
2 – $1,000
3 – $700
4 – $500
5 – $300
6 – 10$200
Start time – Approximately 6:15AM (safe light)
Weigh in time – 12:30 – 2:00PM (must be in line no later than 2:00) All responses will be dated and time stamped.

The first 50 boats to respond to this invitation will be sent the entry form and rules to fill out, sign and return. Those who send in after the first 50 boats will be placed on the waiting list in the order of date and time stamp.
