"Shay is amazing!

A hit and run driver damaged my car and I was able to send a quick message and was given a quick estimate and told to bring my car right in. Shay has great customer service! As I arrived, he was waiting outside of his shop to greet me. We discussed the damage to my car (see photos) and went over all costs. I had gone to another shop for a quick estimate as well, and they were looking to replace everything which would have also cost more. Shay assured me that you wouldn't be able to spot any damage after he was done with my car and he was right! Thank you so much for all your help! I have already begun referring friends and family to your business!!!"

"If you're looking for a place with great prices and great work, you found the place! I went to about 5 auto shops and emailed 7 auto shops, and this place gave me the cheapest price and also great customer service. I was updated on everything going on with the car and it was finished in the time frame they promised. It looked brand new when i got it back. I made a mistake forgetting the brand new grill at home for the car, but they will install it for me at a later time so it wasn't an issue at all. Excellent service and great prices."

"Had an exceptional experience with Bumper Rescue. Someone backed into my parked car a couple of weeks ago and I was looking for a fix. I had contacted Bumper Rescue to request a quote and they were quick to respond with a fair price. They were able to take me in the next day, which I appreciated. Drop off was easy and I had a great experience when picking it up. The gentleman who took my car in initially (I didn't grab his name) walked through the fix with me and even went the extra mile to give me some advice for taking care of rust on my battery (he also cleaned up my headlights). "We recently swapped cars with our daughter -- her old, beat up 2011 Prius for our newer, 2013 Prius C. She hadn't taken very good care of the car and there were scrapes and dents all around. However, one dent in particular needed to be dealt with -- the driver's side front bumper which was crushed in, leaving the blinker light facing WAY out of line.

Jumped on Yelp to see who was good and local, and quickly figured out that Bumper Rescue in Pacific Beach was the place to go.

I went to the website, uploaded a couple photos, and explained what I wanted done. Later that day, Shay at Bumper Rescue got back to me with a very reasonable quote for the repair, giving me a couple of different options. We scheduled the drop-off date -- turnaround was quoted at 2 days.

Exactly 2 days later, Shay called to tell me that the car was ready for pickup. The repair was done perfectly -- the area of the dent looks brand new! (I wish the REST of the car looked half as good!)

Bumper Rescue has rightfully earned its 5 stars -- I'm a fan. Shay is in charge of ALL my future dents!"
