Stop Shopping Cart Theft In Mira Mesa Mira Mesa residents are tired of seeing shopping carts abandoned at bus stops, apartment complexes, and along main streets.

Abandoned carts are an urban blight that has been shown to lower property value and correlate to an increase in crime.

REMINDER: The California Public Utilities Commission (CPUC) will make a presentation at the Mira Mesa Community Planning Group meeting TONIGHT, Monday, Sept 19, 7 pm, to discuss why they are recommending placement of 230 Kilovolt transmission lines under the streets of Miramar. The public is invited to attend.
Streets involved in the construction include Miramar Rd, Kearny Villa Rd, Black Mountain Rd, Activity Rd, Camino Ruiz, Miralani, Arjons, Trade St, Trade Ct, Camino Santa Fe, Carroll Rd, and Carroll Canyon Rd.
