When was the last time you spent $29.95?

With my ever changing body, I've been applying both these phrases. After the last 4 yrs of ethical fashion and capsule wardrobe building I don't want to just throw out my fashion knowledge and wear my pjs everyday - and shopping quality maternity clothes is a challenge as well 🤔 but hey, it doesn't get easier does it - we each get stronger as we go through every chapter in life! Sharing some inspiration on this Mommy to be journey of life!

P.s. Check on your friends that seem to "have it all together" 🤗

Here's our secret - we really don't, we just know how to "look" like we do 😅

Last few weeks have been more mentally tolling on me lately:

1. Setting up a nursery within a one bedroom apartment isn't for the faint of hearts

2. Hiring more staff in this current market has been so strange - but we have a new hire finally!!

3. Gracefully going to baby doctor visits with the "don't panic" followed by a list of endless possibilities for future unknowns... its gonna turn any calm mama-to-be into a WebMD search wizard 🤣

BUT within all of this I am counting my little victories! So thankful I did a wardrobe update last year (and posted about it here). I found my capsule wardrobe colors, statement pieces and really narrowed down my "look".

One less mental cognitive load for me in all this - deciding what to wear each day 😉 sure the items have changed for a pregnancy body but I've been able to stick with my color palette and know the basics!

Key item to looking "like you have it all together" - EARRINGS! never leave my house without my statement earrings on!

Happy Memorial weekend friends. So thankful for all the veterans who gave their lives so we can live in the freedom we know now.

We're celebrating our freedom by spending it with our good friends and Major in the US Army stationed here in Hawaii. 🍍🌺
