The Wolf 48" Induction Pro Range is one of those selections that earns its place the moment a client cooks on it.

Induction heats the pan directly through a magnetic field, not the surrounding air, which means faster results, more precise control, and a surface that stays relatively cool to the touch. A bridge function connects two zones into one large cooking area, opening the range up to griddles, open roasters, and fish poachers. Ten chef-designed oven modes cover everything from a slow proof to a high-heat roast, and the convection system delivers consistent results across every rack simultaneously.
