To all our Valued Customers, as a family-owned and operated business the protection of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us.

Due to the recent CA Statewide “Stay at Home Order” we will be temporarily closing both our San Marcos and San Diego retail stores until we are given the OK to reopen.

Please rest assure, while our retail stores are closed, we are still here to assist in anyway possible.

During this time, we will be reducing our hours Monday through Friday 10a – 4p. We will be working remotely to answer any questions you have regarding your order, delivery, service or water care questions. All orders and scheduled deliveries will still be made.

Also feel free to contact us about any of the products we sell. We love talking about hot tubs and have nothing but time. 😊

To all our Valued Customers, we wanted to let you know we are open and will remain open unless instructed otherwise. During the next few weeks, we are going to reduce our hours of operation to 11 - 4 Monday thru Sunday. At the moment we do have Hot Tubs, Patio Furniture, and Water-care available for immediate delivery.

As a family-owned and operated business the protection of our customers and staff is of the utmost importance to us. In line with CDC and State of California guidelines, we have instituted the following measures at our stores.

In-store maintenance protocols have been instituted to disinfect and clean any surfaces customers or staff may contact. To the extent supplies are available, hand sanitizing gels and wipes will be provided for in-store use. We will be following a social distancing practice to maintain a minimum six-foot separation between all customers and staff. Staff have been instructed to avoid hand-shaking or other personal contact with customers or other staff members. These protocols will also apply to home delivery staff.

We also ask that persons who have been diagnosed with, or have had contact with, anyone who has been diagnosed with the COVID 19 virus, and including any persons who may have any cold or flu-like symptoms, refrain from visiting any of our retail stores. We encourage all customers to visit and use our website whenever possible for making purchases or transacting other business.
