From the bottom of our hearts, we wish you a Happy Mother’s Day. On this day, we send our warmest wishes to new mothers, disabled mothers, immigrant mothers, trans mothers, indigenous mothers, incarcerated mothers, those who are trying to become mothers, and those who have lost their mothers.
Experiences and sentiments surrounding motherhood are not unilateral; some of these book recommendations reflect diverse experiences centered around motherhood, loss, infertility, complicated family relationships, and socioeconomic barriers.
To all mothers, thank you for all you have done! We see you, and we applaud you!
