And there’s wedding day! Gorgeous Saturday sunshine paved the way for our all day set up - getting on & off a 90 year old ship is no joke! Small elevators, our large carts, lots of moving pieces! But all in all, the wedding was beautiful and the couple was STUNNING, so in love. It was a real honor!

Night 1 of the Queen Mary wedding: the welcome party! We loaded on the ship as the sun was setting, set up some colorful arrangements and gave the bride these amazing hair pieces!

✨ARTIST CALL✨

Applications are now open for MIDSUMMER; Between the Light and the Dark, an experiencial community art show curated by Kate Hockett and Bryan Bacock.

We’re seeking artists and select vendors whose work resonates with themes of light and darkness, florals and the natural world, ritual and ceremony, transformation, community, and the threshold between seasons.

We welcome painters, photographers, sculptors, mixed media artists, installation artists, makers, and vendors offering thoughtfully crafted goods that align with the spirit of the event.

Opening Reception
June 20th, 7–10 PM
Midsummer Ritual: 9 PM

475 Haight Street, San Francisco

The exhibition will remain on view for two weeks following opening night, creating space for the community to return, connect, and experience the work throughout the season.

This is more than an exhibition—it’s a gathering. An invitation to celebrate midsummer through art, beauty, collaboration, and collective presence.

I’ve facilitated The Artist’s Way 6 times now and every single time it changes me. Not because the book is magic on its own — but because doing it in a room with other people who are committed to showing up is what actually makes it work.

This spring I’m hosting a 12-week creative recovery circle every Tuesday night at in Lower Haight. We start with an hour of yoga to get into our bodies, then move into book club together. Morning pages, artist dates, real conversation, real accountability.

If you’ve had this book on your shelf, if you used to make things and somehow stopped, if you’re in a season of becoming and need a container for it — this is for you!!!!

Another day, another plant rental! This cool install was at on Lake Merritt. I did a few designs, some of which are shared here. We did a Photo Booth backdrop and stage plants. I really do love combining my background of event production with my love for plants!

At Pinterest’s Bloom Event, I partnered with to design an immersive floral + wellness experience for the Pinterest employees — filled with plants, flowers, and intentional moments to slow down and reconnect. 🌸

From our interactive Bloom wall and lush floral installations to a tea blending station that was an absolute hit, the day invited everyone to pause from their screens, sip something soothing, and breathe in a little beauty.

The Pinterest community was so kind, open, and genuinely present — it was inspiring to see how nature’s energy can transform a workspace into a sanctuary.
