Meet our Fall Coffee Tasting Set. ☕️🍁

Featuring two warm and sweet coffees from Onyx Coffee Lab and La Cabra , this set brings together some of the flavors we love about fall. Both coffees offer notes of apple and fig, but their origins and roasting styles give each a character of its own.

🍁Onyx Honduras Fredy Perez brings tart apple, pecan, fig sweetness, and allspice, with structured acidity and a warm, nutty finish.

🍁La Cabra Colombia Aponte is brighter, with notes of apple, red berries, panela, and delicate florals.

Two washed coffees. Two distinct expressions of the season. Taste them side by side and discover the differences for yourself.

A little something for the Geisha lovers: Brayan Smith Washed Geisha from Colombia, roasted by MAME .

Brayan Smith Brayan smith is a third-generation coffee producer from Huila, Colombia. Raised in Pitalito, he grew up immersed in the region’s coffee traditions, learning through hands-on harvests and generations of family knowledge.

Brayan brings that experience together with a deep respect for the land and a commitment to producing exceptional specialty coffee.

Washed for a clean and elegant expression, this Geisha brings delicate florals, bright citrus, and a refined tea-like character.

Expect notes of Earl Grey, marzipan, and lemon candy.

Not Colombia. Not Ethiopia. It’s California!🌴☀️🌊

Meet our latest limited tasting set from FRINJ Coffee , featuring two California-grown Catuaí Rojo coffees processed two different ways.

FRINJ Coffee is a seed-to-cup coffee company pioneering specialty coffee in California. Working directly with growers across the state, they bring together farming, processing, and roasting to showcase coffees shaped by California’s unique terroir.

About two lots:

☕️The Traditional Washed undergoes a 24-hour room-temperature fermentation, bringing out green apple🍏, white flowers, and clover honey🍯.

☕️And the Yeast Washed takes a very different route with yeast inoculation and a 96-hour cold fermentation, bringing caramel, almond cookie🍪, citrus🍊, and chocolate🍫.

Same variety. Same California origin. Two very different expressions.

xBloom took part in the Lamastus Family Estates auction and secured two rare lots from Elida Estate.🔥

Wilford Lamastus Wilford Lamastus , a fourth-generation coffee producer in Panama, has been a longtime friend of xBloom. His family’s work at Elida Estate, high on the slopes of Volcán Barú, has helped shape some of Panama’s most distinctive coffees.

These two lots carry the character of their origin, the precision of their processing, and generations of craft.

Our anniversary flavor is here. Meet the World Barista Champion Boram Um Tasting Set, featuring two Brazilian coffees from ULT Coffee Roasters .🤩

Both coffees come from Fazenda Um, the family farm of 2023 World Barista Champion Boram Julio Um , where Boram and his family explore quality, processing, and varietal experimentation to push the potential of Brazilian specialty coffee.

The Yellow Bourbon Natural is bright and citrus-forward, with mandarin, orange peel, lemon, and a smooth chocolate undertone. And the Pink Bourbon DRD Natural brings strawberry, blueberry jam, winey fruit, and deeper chocolate sweetness.

Two coffees from the same farm, with two very different expressions. Brew them side by side and see what you taste！
