The mad house, that's the name that the creator decided to give it. Well you couldn’t find a more suitable name for the construction since it’s completely upside down. Fritz Schall, who designed the opera, is Austrian in origin but has lived in Colombia for 20 years. - Guatavia Village, Colombia.
