Cold calling gets way less scary when you stop treating every call like it has to end in a contract.

Sometimes the win is simply getting the right name.
Sometimes it is learning what they are unhappy with.
Sometimes it is finding out the budget is smaller than expected.
Sometimes it is earning permission to follow up later.

That is still progress.

The point is not to force a yes.

It is to open the door and gather enough information to know what to do next.

That means less trying to impress them with florist language and more showing them that you understand their property, their priorities, and the experience they are trying to create.

Clarity will sell you faster than fluff ever will.

I didn’t start with the portfolio, connections, fancy studio, or hospitality experience.

I started soaking floral foam in my bathtub and figuring it the hell out.
