So starting Tuesday September 1st I will post one of the remarkable relics and masterpieces that we the Knights of Saint Francis will be bringing to San Francisco in October.

The six week exhibition will be at the Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption, at Gough and Geary Streets.

On September 16th, I will return to Assisi, Italia, to watch Masterpiece shippers crate the sacred relics and masterpieces that will be coming to our great City for the 800 year anniversary of Saint Francis' death and the 250th Birthday of our great City...how exciting is that?

On October 3rd, I will be sitting in the little Porziuncola in Assisi exactly 800 years from the night Saint Francis died there, in his little Porziuncola. I have waited for that night since I was 15 years old...Through the decades I never thought I would make it but voila..here I am ...going to be right in the place he died. He has been my best friend my entire life...and I have had a great life. Thank you Jesus!

We shall then come home on the 6th of October to greet the relics at the Cathedral and start unloading them. Im so excited.

I hope you all can join us on the incredible night of October 14th when we open the little museum that we are building in the cathedral for the relics and art masterpieces.

After that night there will be the exhibit and festivities for a full on 6 weeks, free for one and all...again I am so excited.

Dear Knights and Friends!

We are going go have a very special two two days and one night , this coming October 3rd, 4th and 5th in celebration of the 800 year celebration of the Stigmata of Saint Francesco!!

Three scholars, musicians and painters will be coming to the Porziuncola Nuova, National Shrine and Piazza Saint Francis for days of concerts, lectures, art museum and of course the blessing of the animals.

Please mark your calendars. IT will be three days not to be missed!!!
