By the next morning, everything changed. Not 50. Not 100. Over 600 men showed up. They came early. They filled the hallways. They stood shoulder to shoulder, waiting to support kids they had never met. The cafeteria could not hold them, so the entire school became part of the moment. They sat with the students, talked with them, laughed with them. Some knelt down to teach boys how to tie a tie for the first time. Others simply listened. For many of those children, it was more than breakfast. It was presence. It was someone choosing to show up. You could see it in the way they walked differently afterward. A little more confident.
