Had an amazing weekend up north with Breakfast Club Rally®. Saw some amazing cars, and a few planes as well. And yes, the tiny shortened orange Honda is freeway legal.

Working on a batch caps from repurposed 1950’s Japanese firefighter jackets. First pic is the outside, second pic is the lining on the inside. Third pic is a custom order for a friend. I know, I know, people keep DMing me asking when I’m gonna start selling these. Again, a week or two. I got about 20 that are almost done. As someone with pretty bad ADHD I find doing repetitive work like hand stitching calms my mind. This African mudcloth textile is about 4 feet long. Still got a ways to go till all of it is finished.

This is by far one of the prettiest Japanese firefighter jackets I’ve come across. The illustrations woven on the coats interior are a work of art. I don’t think this coat was ever worn.
