Poco Dolce Chocolates handcrafted in San Francisco’s Dogpatch district from Rainforest Alliance and Fair Trad Poco Dolce's signature Bittersweet Chocolate Tiles were born.

Poco Dolce Confections was created in 2003 by Kathy Wiley after discovering a passion for creating hand-made chocolates with unique, exciting flavors. Having a preference for savory foods, Kathy experimented by finishing a piece of bittersweet chocolate with a sprinkling of Grey Sea Salt. Poco Dolce's gourmet chocolates and confections feature only the finest, all-natural ingredients - from local

almonds and pumpkin seeds to grey sea salt harvested from the coast of Brittany. All lines contain simple, quality ingredients such as our completely dairy-free line of Bittersweet Chocolate Bars- with varieties including organic peanut butter or California olive oil. As of Dec, 2013, Poco Dolce no longer uses corn syrup and 95% of ingredients are GMO-free and Gluten Free.
