La Placita Tropicana is located inside Tropicana Shopping Center (Story Rd + King Rd). Our family of small business owners is located in three of the buildings located at the shopping center. The original building (1690 to 1692 Story Rd and 1199 S King Rd) was first built in 1960 and went by the name of Newberry. The building's current owner has made several renovations to Newberry's since the 198

0s, turning it into the mini mall you see today. The 2 Pad buildings along the Story Road entrance were added in 2000 and include a variety of stores and restaurants to serve the community. The addresses for Pads A and B run from 1632 to 1678 Story Rd. We are NOT associated with any businesses or stores outside of the addresses listed above (such as Tropicana Foods). You will need to call those stores directly with any questions.
