2/26 is our last day!!!

We have weathered many storms through COVID, but the recent California storms that hit our coast this winter have forced our hand. Our Sweet Shoppe in the Capitola Village needs our full attention and resources.

Sadly, we have had to make the hard choice to close our Willow Glen location. Willow Glen is our hometown, which makes the decision to leave this wonderful community extra tough.

We will be open in Willow Glen until the end of the month. Visit us for great deals: $2.00 ice cream cones, $3.00 gelatos, Bulk $9.99lb ($6.00lb off), and toys 20% discount.

We will be open daily from noon to 8 pm until 2/26.

We want to thank all the Willow Glen employees, friends, and neighbors for their years of support. We will miss seeing you all and hope you will come by and visit us in the Capitola Village!

Gelato is so misunderstood. Is it yogurt? - No. Is it dairy free? - No. Is it melted? - No. These are questions we get pretty regularly. Gelato and ice cream are basically the same. So what’s the big difference?

The biggest difference is how the base is churned. Gelato is churned much slower infusing less air into the final product than ice cream creating a denser product.

Also, gelato is served around 10 degrees warmer and that is why we need a dedicated gelato case. It does have a melty look, but it is not melted.

We believe we have the best gelato in the South Bay. Come in this weekend, mention this ad and get 15% off. This offer ends 9/2 at 9 pm.
