🥳🥳Happy 47th birthday to me!🥳🥳
At my age now, it’s all about self reflection. What’s important to me now, is not what was important to me 10-20 years ago when I was younger. I cherish time now. I cherish people who want to be with me. I cherish conversations and live in the moment. I cherish patience. I am in the present. It’s not about material things and showing off what you have or where you’re traveling to, or what your driving or that flashy life! Only time will make you see that, only time will make you see what’s truly important. Gratitude and humility weigh heavily in my heart now. Humility seeds, feeds and grows gratitude. 🙏🏻

Though my birthday was on Friday, I want to say ‘Thank you’ to everyone, who took a couple of minutes to wish me a Happy birthday this whole weekend via FB, text, or messages! I want to say thank you to my friends, coworkers, and family who remembered me and celebrated me. I realize now who truly cares for me and I can only hope that I have been a kind human to you as well! Love y’all and thank you for making me feel loved and appreciate!
