SLOcally Made Welcome to SLOcally Made, a collective of local women maker’s who have come together to bring form, identity and purpose to the concept of shopping local.

The local makers have re-imagined traditional trades such as leatherwork, weaving, painting, metal-smithing, screen printing and authorship, resulting in a selection of unique and contemporary gifts. The showroom and creative market, Slocally Made, will open on December 17th in the iconic Muzio’s Grocery est. 1888 in downtown San Luis Obispo.

Just a little reminder that applications for this year’s 2026 holiday market are upon us! We’ll be sharing some vendor reviews until applications close on September 29th. Share with your local artisan makers to make sure they are not missing out. It’s gonna be the best yet! YEAR 10!!

“Last year was our first year with SLOcally Made and our first year bringing Rinn’s Pantry to market. Joining was such a boost for our brand. It gave us a chance to see how people responded to our products and connect with our community in a whole new way. The other makers were a blast, the space was beautifully done, and the SLOcally Made team supported us every step of the way. It’s chaotic, festive, fun, and a great way to be part of the local community. We’re thrilled to be back!”

So may wonderful products all from one easy spot! All made by individual local artists and craftsmen and women. Are we shopping local yet? The impact is exponential when you choose to support folks in your own community putting their heart and art out there. It’s validating and allows freedom to live how they choose, not the traditional 9-5. Each and every artist we represent is so brave in putting such a part of themselves out there into the world. It’s not a small thing and we are so proud to host all these wonderful creative souls!

While we are on the food topic… Anyone else still stuck on these protein bowls? Ground beef, sweet potato, cottage cheese, and avocado all drizzled with hot honey! makes the best hot honey around and it’s extra good on these bowls. You can now get it on our online marketplace! Go grab yourself a bottle or two.

It’s also so good over goat cheese with some crackers to dip. Mmmmm. Anyone al hungry yet?
