Dear Wimberley Chair Company customers; As of January 1st 2024 we have SOLD the company to our long time employee and master chair builder Max McCaskill. The new workshop and business location will be at 1307 Mustang Lane, San Marcos, Texas where we were helping him set up the new workshop today. If you bought some of our chairs, Max probably made them or supervised the production and delivery. He has been the shop foreman for years and supervised production, quality control and delivery. You can expect and receive the same quality product and customer service that we have provided for over 10+ years. His new workshop should be fully functional by January 8th with upgrades. I have attached a photo taken years ago of Max making rocking chairs in our shop.

On the right are two of the original Wimberley Chairs made 13 years ago with wood we took from a fence demolition. The treated wood we used was already 10 years old when we made those prototype chairs. Still in use today at our place at the fire pit. 23 years strong. The loveseat in the center left is 3 years old. All of these chairs have the originional staining and have not been restained.
