Miss Shelby's latest bake! This is a pumpkin bread with a cinnamon sugar swirl. The bread itself is a yeast bread and not overly sweet. It does have a wonderful sweet swirl of cinnamon and sugar throughout the bread. She also makes these loaves in a butter loaf with a cinnamon sugar swirl.
Miss Shelby is selling these for $12 each. They are made to order so she needs a day notice please.

We are so excited for tomorrow. The fair starts at 11am at the community cultural center. Shelby and Ann are busy making mini chocolate chip, m&m cookies cookies. They are adding these delicious treats to their list of home-made stuff. They also renamed their business to Shelann's Stuff!

Little miss Shelby has a booth to try her hand at owning a business. Her new jewelry business is called 'Shelby's Jewelry'. She is handmaking several types of bracelets. Come out and say hello. She would love to see some friendly faces.

These apricot oat bars are so yummy. Eat them for breakfast or warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for dessert. These are made with homemade apricot preserves straight from Hubbard acres. These are available in an 8×10 tray for $16. Also available in raspberry.

We made cherry turnovers today. Yumm! Even though these turned out great (they are already all gone) I am going to try a different dough. I want a puff pastry sort of dough. Going to try again this weekend.
