Slim Aarons energy, but make it Napa — matching calla bridesmaid bouquets, a garden-white bridal bouquet, black tie, barn doors, and a bridal party that looks like they wandered out of a summer portfolio.
We designed the personal flowers to feel cool and intentional: long stems, no filler flowers, white-and-green that still photographs lush.

I used to build proposals, recipes, and supplier orders in separate spreadsheets just to figure out what to order.

Now I build each arrangement once — flowers, quantities, pricing as I go. When I’m ready to order, everything rolls into one list I can copy straight into an email to my wholesaler.

If I change a recipe, the order updates too.

One less spreadsheet I have to keep updated.

A little behind the scenes of how BloomHive came to be 🌸

I’ve spent years piecing together spreadsheets, proposals, recipes, ordering lists and different tools to run my floral business. Karl saw how much time I was spending on the admin side (and how often I needed him to fix my spreadsheets 😂), so he built BloomHive for me.

Now I can price an event, build my recipes, create a proposal and contract, and generate my flower order all in one place.

It’s made the business side of flowers so much easier — and given me more time for the part I actually love. 🤍.

Lauren & Andrew’s day at Diablo Country Club was filled with soft white blooms, garden-inspired textures, and so much love. Still not over these bouquets or those ceremony florals.
