Back-to-school has me a little extra emotional this year. 🤎

I don’t share much personal stuff here, but this is for the momma still in the trenches.

I’m entering year nine of being a work-from-home/stay-at-home mom, and I realized… this is my last year. The reason I started this business is almost complete.

I never dreamed of being an “influencer,” and I’ve never felt completely comfortable pretending to be confident enough to model clothes. I simply wanted to raise my own babies without completely losing myself in motherhood—or waking up one day with a 10-year gap in my résumé.

And just like that, Rowdy Western Hippie was born.

I’ve wanted to quit more times than I can count. I’ve struggled with taking customer service issues too personally and constantly feeling like I’m giving half of myself to my business and half to my babies—never quite feeling like either gets all of me.

But somehow, we made it here.

So to the momma hiding in the bathroom just to get two minutes alone… the one wondering if these exhausting days will ever end—I pray for you every day.

Because one day, sooner than you think, they do.

And somehow, you’ll wish they hadn’t gone quite so fast. 🤎 Love Destiny
