Our mechanic Trent is on a HOT STREAK! Winning the overall men’s category for 3/4 Minus Cykeltur and now the overall at Monarch Grind — what’s his secret?? (aside that he’s 17 and has a s**t ton of energy)

After 11 years of what was initially intended as little more than a hobby, a side-show of sorts, Syringa Cyclery will be closing its doors – at least temporarily – this coming fall. While we work out the details of what the future of Syringa Cyclery will look like, its current home in what was originally conceived as the Sandpoint Guild Hall in 1912 will continue its ever-evolving path under new ownership. We look forward to seeing what it becomes!

Syringa Cyclery will accept bicycles for repair through August 29th and will keep its doors open through the fall for retail purposes until everything is gone! We plan to have a party sometime in the early days of September, so stay tuned for details.

The Idaho Panhandle Gravel Series will continue as its own venture, so do not fear adrenaline junkies! We will continue creating ever inventive ways to make you suffer on a bike, support local non-profit entities, and build community.

We are grateful for the friends we’ve made, the customers we’ve served, the relationships we’ve built, and the support we’ve had through the years at our little shop. We will miss it all, but the friendships are forever.
