We’re hiring a Marine Service Technician to join our team at ELEVATE Outdoors in Sanford, NC.

This is a full-time, year-round position with benefits, competitive pay based on experience, and opportunities for continued training and development.

We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of marine technician experience who is comfortable with diagnostics, repairs, outboard service, electronics, and boat rigging.

Pay: $20–$30/hour based on experience
