Love yourself more than you love others. I am not joking around. You must love and respect yourself or you will behave in a way that others will see clearly you don't love or respect yourself and they will lose respect for you.

People who have already worked thru s**t, can clock your s**t as needing work.

If they have integrity as a person they will not exploit your vulnerability. If they have no integrity they will sink their hooks into you and exploit and manipulate you with finesse.

You must come first even in a relationship unless your a parent then your kids come first to an extent. Not to spoil them into being terrible or incompetent people but you protect them and care for them above and before a stupid person you're in a relationship with. That person your dating is not more important than your kids. Ever. Ok. That's just a law of nature.

Family is utmost importance.

Protect your family bonds but not at the expense of licking said families boots. Just because someone is family does not give the right to take advantage of or be abusive to you.

This has been rattling around in my head so there ya go. I got the message out.

Good Morning Walk & Sharing my thoughts ...

This was from a couple of days ago. I meant to post it that day but my total walk was over an hour and when I got back home I had to rush to stay on schedule.

I plan to walk again today and video a new section of these trails.
