Look on the back of many fe**sh carvings, and you'll find a medicine bundle — arrows with beads of shell, turquoise and coral, or bundles of parrot feathers, bound to the animal as an offering. On this Royston turquoise bear, the bundle is part of the carving's power.
TradeRoots produces and procures Zuni fe**shes and Ramah Navajo carvings in gemstone materials, directly from their source — including work by Amos Pino and Bernard Homer Jr., grandson of famed Zuni carver Leekya Deyouse.
