Woot! Happy first day of FALL 🍂 The days are getting shorter and the temperature is dropping. Now is the best time to refresh those summer worn gardens with some bright new blooms, plant those fall veggie starts and of course plant those perennials and native plants to give them the best beginning. Getting plants established in fall with cooler shorter days, warm soil and upcoming rain makes for much healthier plants come spring time. 🥰🍁

Finally!!! Who is ready for a refresh? I’ve just returned from hand selecting some new beautiful plants for your garden. More than what you see here including violas to get your 🎃 started, to add for and our favorite bulletproof for spilling out of containers or borders. Come on in 🥰

Seriously… 91* at 10:30 AM is a bit excessive. Call me a wimp but I’m here today to water & keep things alive, then closed for the day. Sorry for any inconvenience but better/ cooler & shorter days are coming. I’ll get in new inventory once things cool down! See you tomorrow, Friday, 9/11/26. Stay cool out there!

Hot days & in-between seasons. Sorry for being MIA on the socials. I’ve been here and very busy, watering to keep all the plants in black plastic pots alive and trying to keep on top of rampantly growing blackberries & grape vines! The good news is a bumper crop of incidental delicious berries and grapes but talk about non stop pruning! 😵‍💫 Anyways… please call first to confirm that I’m here if the temp is at or above 90*! I will only be here for 1/2 days to avoid heat stroke 🥵 ALSO Future Tuesdays will be by appointment! This will allow me to focus on projects at the nursery, such as potting up water plants, placing orders, clean ups, etc… or to allow me to go out on consultations or plant runs to continue hand selecting the best inventory. Yay!!! Things HAVE been happening.

Thinking of plants for pollinators while sick. Sleeping, drinking tea and doing all the things to recover. Hope to be better tomorrow! Enjoy this visiting a beautiful and stay healthy.

Now in and available for your garden! Jupiter’s Beard is super easy, hardy, drought tolerant and has a long bloom season which provides nectar for an abundance of butterflies. Also makes a great cut flower!

Fun hand selecting new plants directly from my suppliers! Today’s trip was to Native Sons and I got some great plants that were in quantities too small to be on the regular availability list. (If you’re a plant nerd you know what I mean 😊)
