Just doing my part to make the world feel a little calmer through the beautiful vessel of tea. 🍵🌿✨

If you needed a little pause today, this one’s for you. 🤎

This is the African sunset blend by Mark T Wendell. Cold brewed to perfection.

If you’re not enjoying a cup of tea and dark chocolate at night, what are you even doing? 🌅🕯️

I’m forming a new habit… and tonight’s pairing is solid.

✨ African Sunset Blend by Mark T. Wendell Tea Company : Rooibos infused with blood orange, hibiscus petals, and sweet vanilla.
✨ TCHO Chocolate Dark & Salty: Rich, fudgy 81% dark cacao balanced with a touch of pink Himalayan salt.

I don’t know how, but together, they bring a really delightful complementary combo. The pink salt elevates the tea’s natural sweetness, while the blood orange and vanilla smooth out the bold dark chocolate into pure, caffeine-free luxury. 🌙☕️🍫

I very much enjoyed this tea and chocolate.

Javvy Protein 🤝 Chai = My creamy chai protein latte 🤍🤎

I combined my homemade chai with Javvy’s Sweet Cream Protein Creamer and… new favorite way to enjoy chai. ☕️🤎

It’s creamy, smooth, and just sweet enough—and it adds:

✨ 14g protein
✨ 11g collagen peptides
✨ MCTs + prebiotics
✨ No sugar, stevia, or artificial flavors
✨ Gluten-free + soy-free

And yes, it’s delicious in tea too!

How I made it:
• ½ cup almond milk
• 1 scoop Sweet Cream Protein Creamer
• Blend
• Add chilled homemade chai + blend again
• Pour over ice & enjoy!

Masala Chai for beginners

08/31/2026

I love learning new things and even more so when my 4 year wants to do it with me.

Masala chai has roots in India, where spiced drinks have been enjoyed for centuries before the milk-and-tea version we know today became popular. ☕️

And the name says it all: masala = spices + chai = tea — literally, spiced tea. 🤎

Here’s how I made this one:
*heat the following in a pot
-water
-Milk (I use almond)
-2-3 tsp’s of black tea
-3 crushed cardamom pods
-4-5 cinnamon sticks
-1-2 tsps of ginger
-Simmer for 4-5 minutes at least
*you can add sweetener, but I didn’t for this one and I didn’t even think about it after.
Strain and serve!

I really really enjoyed this one. 🤎

Please let me know what spices you like to add and how I can enhance!

Squeezing in a little more summer. Make this refreshing strawberry, basil and lemon balm ice tea. It’s easy, delicious and will make you feel relaxed and like your sitting poolside with a good book.

A refreshing twist on classic lemonade that’s bright, herbal, and perfect for slowing down on a summer day.

Here’s how to make it:
-Honey syrup (honey and a little hot water set to room temp)
-a few strawberries and a few basil leaves muddled into the syrup
-Ice to the top of your glass
-Cold brewed lemon balm
-add some fresh basil for garnish
Enjoy;)

Would you try this tea-based lemonade?
