Did some recording today, a brief interview about Smiling Fox Teas. I think it went pretty well.

Today I'm trying out a white tea called Silver Yeti, mostly because the name amused me. I got this with a ton of other samples from the Nepal Tea Collective at the San Francisco International Tea Festival. They reccomend brewing Silver Yeti at 180F for about 4 minutes.

The tea had a really pleasant smell, packed with fruity and floral scents that were hard to resist. When I took a sip, it tasted like juicy stone fruit, with a nice creamy finish that made it feel extra smooth and enjoyable.

I absolutely loved this tea. It was such a delightful experience, and I can't wait to stock up on more for myself and my business. I’m excited to share this amazing find with others.

Updates.... Smiling Fox Tea is slightly delayed on two fronts. One is that I discovered that I don't have an acceptable scanner for legal documents and I'm budgeting to buy an acceptable scanner next month. The other delay is in development of tea blends. My experiments with cherry blossoms have failed and I'm on the hunt for traditional Japanese flowers to use in tea. I'm considering trying out peony or chrysanthemum. Suggestions are welcome.
