Earrings fresh from the kiln!! I am absolutely in LOVE with the bottom left pair 😍😍😍 These beauties will be available at Origin Coffee in Saranac Lake, Thursday from 7:30 am to 2pm! I'm back! Sorry for disappearing the past few months 😬 I decided to go back to school to finish my degree (so close!), and needless to say the juggling act of school/work/home was a little all-consuming! I'm excited to share this work-in-progress, a sculpture I made for my Mythology class. This piece was inspired by Greek mythology/literature, and I will share the full story behind the work once it's finished 😊 I'll post better pictures later too, but right now she's tucked away in the studio, slowly drying. I had so much fun doing sculptural work again, it's been YEARS since I made my last large piece!

That being said, I'm excited and ready to switch gears and put my focus back on Dirt Nap! The weather is finally warming up in the ADKs and I'm itching to experiment with more pit firing 😁🙌🔥

Finally emerging from my post holiday hibernation! Starting the new year with an organized work space and a new little photo taking spot 😊 Slowly starting some new projects, making test tiles, and excitedly waiting for some new glazes to arrive! The resting period was nice and much needed, but it feels good to get back that studio work rhythm 😁 Here are some earrings from my last firing of 2020 that never made it to the shop!
