We have to change our Smoking Schedule this week. Our chicken truck just delivered and they did not load our whole chickens. That means no "Spatchcock" Chicken on Thursday. We will be substituting my personal favorite, the tasty 4.5lb. ave Pork Butt. Dry rubbed and smoked all day to just pull apart for $28.99. Call your orders in at 518-891-0467. TY

We couldn't keep regular Lasagna in the house. I guess people don't like an enchilada spiced chicken layered with fresh shredded mozzarella and Romano cheeses and spices stacked up on flour tortillas and baked to perfection with a piece of garlic bread. It's just a twist on Italian Lasagna. Maybe you should call and expand your culinary horizons?

Tomorrows smoked meat is Smoked Salmon. We started a little slow last week with orders for this new item but then sold out quickly. Three customers told me that it was the best salmon they have ever had. Our special side to go with the salmon is Mediterranean Couscous Salad(couscous rice, fresh mozzarella, red onions, tomatoes and spices). All of our regular sides are also available.
