Emergency Video concerning suppressors

It’s after 5 and the government has not appealed the ruling from the 5th Circuit Court in Texas in regard to silencershopfoundation vs ATF HQ In this case the NFA was found to be unconstitutional since there is no longer a tax on suppressors. Unless the government does something by 12am we as an industry should be able to transfer suppressors without form 4s. They still need to be on 4473s and abide by local waiting periods. The situation is fluid with no formal outlines on which one should conduct business. Be advised we are hearing SBRS and SBS do not apply. Stay tuned to your socials and we open tomorrow at 10am. would like to announce that we are still a dealer. We’ve been selling Staccato’s since at least 2018. I think we were the first shop to have them on the West Coast of Florida. Our first XC took 3 months to sell because no one knew what it was. Stacatto over the years grew and my business grew right along with it. We must have gotten at least 50 free guns over the years from the rewards program. I think everyone one of my long term
employees has a free Staccato. Being a Stacatto dealer back in the day was an exclusive thing. The last couple of years, that exclusivity went by the way side. Stacatto made some changes, shrunk their dealer net work and all the nerds are pi**ed. I don’t care about the drama. I don’t care if dealers are pi**ed. Its business. If it means we get better allocation and I can serve my community better than I am all for it. Why should I care about a dealer across the country? Would they care about us if the roles were reversed? Stacatto has always been cool to us. Their guns sell. Their guns work. They take care of our customers if there is a problem. The reps have always been cool. They come to our machine gun shoots and answer the phone when I call. They told us there were gonna be some changes and Shark Coast would be able to better serve their customers. I’m down with that. If you got kicked as a dealer, chances are you did something because we are no angel and we are still here. I have a case full of Staccatos. I have the new exclusive ones on the way. I will not stop carrying because some nerds and Sean Strickland are bitching on the internet. I support Staccato because they support me. Shop opens up at 10am.
