Guys… would you take a look at these fish?! 😳🐟 They were HUUUGE!

What an incredible weekend at the Sarasota Offshore Shootout at Sara Bay Marina. I’d never been to an event like this before, and it was such a fun experience!

One of my favorite parts about owning a food truck is that it introduces me to people, places, and events I probably never would have experienced otherwise.

This event was especially meaningful because two years ago—when I was first testing my shaved ice recipes on friends we consider family—I was invited to be a vendor here. It took us much longer than expected to get the camper finished, so I’ve been waiting TWO YEARS for this weekend… and it was absolutely worth it.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by The Vintage Ice Shop. I loved serving all of you while celebrating a community that shares such a passion for fishing.

I’m incredibly grateful to have finally been part of this amazing event, and I already can’t wait for next year! 🩵

No one really knew what to expect from The Oaks at Woodland Park’s first-ever 4th of July parade… but wow, did this neighborhood show up! ❤️🤍💙

We had an amazing morning serving shaved ice, meeting so many wonderful neighbors, and feeling so much support. Thank you for the incredibly generous tips, your kind words, and gratitude 🙏🏼

A special shoutout to my free helper (aka my husband 😂) for jumping in to take orders when things got busy!

My kids had the best time being part of the parade—it made the morning even more special💙🧡💛
