The Sautee Nacoochee Community Association (SNCA) maintains the Sautee Nacoochee Center, a thriving cultural and community center housed in a restored rural schoolhouse. The Center is home to the Folk Pottery Museum of Northeast Georgia, the Center Theatre, two gallery shops, two art studios, a local history museum, a Heritage Site, the Native Peace Garden and event facilities. Adult Open Mic Night:
Take the stage and share your talents! Singers, musicians, poets, comedians, actors, dancers, and more are welcome.
Held in the Historic Gym. Ages 18 and up.
Please let us know what you will be performing or if you are just watching!
Donations accepted at the door.

Mojo on Max presents: Sticks, Stones, Roots and Bones, an unforgettable evening of live music and storytelling that traces the history of the Blues from the era of slavery through the 1950s, '60s, and '70s to today.

Part theatre, part documentary, and all heart, this unique performance explores the roots of the Blues, its lasting influence on modern music, and the powerful legacy of Georgia's blues artists.

Join other nature lovers and Habersham W**ery for a glass of w**e (or non-alcoholic beverage) and social time at the Native Peace Garden overlook. The discussion for 9/11 will be an exploration of the role the natural world can play in providing healing and reflection. The discussion will be followed by fellowship. Please bring your own camp chair. Some people bring snacks to share but it is not expected.

Bingo Night at SNC! Join us for a new monthly event.

Get ready for a fun night of bingo, cash prizes, and more at the Sautee Nacoochee Center! Join us Tuesday, September 15, in the Community Hall. Doors open at 6:30 PM, with bingo calling beginning at 7:00 PM.

Entry is $15 and includes one book of cards, or $25 for two books. A $10 Coverall game will also be available, with a $500 Coverall prize up for grabs! Concessions will be available for purchase throughout the evening. Bring your friends and try your luck!

Looking for a great afterschool program and creative outlet for your kiddo?

Afterschool Artshop Session 2 begins on September 15, and spots are still available!
Young artists are invited to explore a variety of creative projects in this fun, hands-on afterschool program with facilitator Terri Edgar.

As an art facilitator, Terri inspires children to explore their creativity while learning art techniques and principles. Her approach balances structure and freedom, encouraging critical thinking and problem-solving.

Classes promote taking risks, managing stress, and self-expression, all while having fun!

FOR AGES 8 - 14.
Session 2 begins on September 15, at 3:30 PM.
At the Sautee Nacoochee Center, Folk Pottery Museum basement studio.

Looks delicious... right? On the menu for this week's Market Meal is an Asian Noodle Bowl with Veggies and Caramelized Sticky Chicken.

Gluten free rice noodles tossed with a peanut/ginger vinaigrette, veggies, and chicken marinated in honey, coconut aminos, garlic, ginger, and mildly flavored Fire C***r spice from Rooted in Love (our newest market vendor). The noodle salad is served cold but the chicken is served warm. The peanut/ginger vinaigrette will be drizzled over the top before serving so let servers know if you prefer yours without.

$10 plus tax. Inside the Community Hall until 6:30 PM during the Farmers Market.

Join us at the Sautee Nacoochee Farmers Market this Thursday from 4:00-7:00 PM at the Sautee Nacoochee Center.
