More information about the Salt Table: Carol and Dave Legasse developed and founded The Salt Table and its proprietary brand of speciallty food products. It features our own brand of salts, seasoning blends, teas, sugars, oils and balsamic vinegars, and other flavors. The best selling items are those made from Carol's recipes. The Salt Table is a totally new concept store and features free tasting samples of hundreds of different salts, seasonings, sugars, teas, dips, blends, Amish popcorn, and even local honey. In addition, we feature hundreds of Georgia Grown specialty foods ... Every food product is made in locally and around the state of Georgia. (Please note: Sampling is discontinued due to COVID-19.) All Salt Table products are hand-blend and packaged. The brand now includes over 300 different flavors and our top sellers are sold in fine stores throughout the country, online and in our own retail shops. Recently, Tripadvisor awarded The Salt Table the 2020 Travelers Choice Award and over the years the shops have annually earned the 'Certificate of Excellence' and many other awards since opening in 2011. Salt Table shops offer a new and unique experience, and is operating in Savannah’s Ellis Square district, located at 51 Barnard Street and other locations in coastal Georgia. Newer Salt Table shops are now located on Jekyll Island, the Savannah Hilton Head International Airport, and the Convention Center in Savannah.
