Overall Aircraft Services, LLC is a locally owned General Aviation maintenance, repair and restoration company located at the Scappoose, OR airport (SBP). We work on single and twin engine GA aircraft, including experimental and homebuilts, and are currently expanding into the Bell and Engstom Helicopter arenas. Our staff includes A/Ps and an IA to meet FAA repair standards, as well as highly experienced artisans in metal shaping, welding, painting and fabrication. The following is a partial list of the services we provide to the aviation community:*Full Annuals and maintenance to both fixed wing and helicopter *General Repairs and checking of equipment, including transponders and other avionics *Full and partial custom restorations, including but not limited to – Fabric, Paint, Woodwork, Metal working and shaping, Welding, Custom Metal Fabrication and Wood Spar Building We have the capability to do a full restoration from the ground up or to custom make parts for the aircraft you are restoring. Pictured is a Replica of a 1933 Stinson Model “O”, our latest project. This aircraft was built in 28 months from the ground up. As there are none in existence, 20 photographs were used to recreate the aircraft. The Model “O” has consistently been awarded the highest awards it has been eligible for including Arlington 2010 Replica Champion, Oshkosh 2010 Replica Champion, NWAAC Fly-in 2010 Grand Champion and Watsonville 2010 Best Replica. The Model “O” is only one of a long series of our restorations to take Grand Champion prizes over the years. Check out our website for more pictures of our work. Overall Aircraft Parts and Supply, a sister company of Overall Aircraft Services, carries a wide range of small parts and vintage hardware. We can also supply any other part you may need as we partner with major aircraft parts suppliers such as Aviall, Aircraft Spruce, Air Suppliers, McFarlane, Wicks, Air-Tech and many others. In addition, we have a large inventory of Bell 206 and 47 surplus small parts. Our spar lumber is Alaska Sitka Spruce which we hand pick and purchase directly from the mill. The lumber itself is handpicked in Alaska by the mill’s owners. We only choose the finest spruce with a minimum of 8 rings per inch and the spars are built in-house to customer specifications. We also stock Aircraft grade plywood which we purchase directly from the plywood mill.
